We of course comply with all low FODMAP and gluten-free standards. Everything we source is also non-GMO and completely free of hormones, preservatives, and antibiotics. Meats, Fish, & Poultry
We proudly source organic chicken from Joyce Farms. Their chicken is antibiotic-, hormone-, and pesticide-free. Joyce Farms also maintains strict animal welfare standards.
We source our turkey from Koch’s Turkey Farms which is antibiotic-free organic turkey. Koch’s turkeys are raised with the strictest standards in the industry and are fed a GMO free diet.
We source our bacon from Applegate farms which produces meat with no antibiotics, growth hormones, artificial ingredients or chemical nitrites. The pigs are humanely raised.
We source our wild caught salmon from a local fishmonger.
We source our beef from Great Northern, a small family farm in upstate New York where the beef is completely grass-fed.
When sourcing fruits and vegetables, we strongly adhere to the "dirty dozen" rules.
We use organic and local vegetables whenever possible.

We use Noah’s Pride cage-free eggs. Chickens at Noah's Pride lay using a state-of-the-art cage free system with ladders and open nests for roosting.
