How do I skip a delivery or an entire weekly order?

This article shows how to skip upcoming deliveries.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

As a reminder Epicured has a no return and no refund policy. Please be sure to address your scheduling needs before Friday at 1PM. We cannot accept food back into our facility at any time for any reason. The team at Epicured makes every effort to ensure your food arrives safely and on time. If there is an instance whereby we need to address a concern regarding part or all of your order please reach out to us immediately. Viewing, editing, skipping, and canceling orders all can happen on your account page. When you arrive, you'll be greeted by our new calendar view:

Here, you will be able to skip individual deliveries, or entire weekly orders, for next week and beyond. We confirm orders each week on Fridays, so you will not be able to skip deliveries scheduled for the current week.

HOW TO SKIP AN ORDER OR DELIVERY

To skip an order, start by clicking on the day of delivery on the calendar. Then scroll down to find the "cancel delivery" button shown below.

This will trigger a pop-up window to confirm your selection. If you only have one delivery scheduled for the week, your pop-up window will ask you whether you would like to "skip this week." Click the skip week button to confirm your selection.

If you only have more than one delivery scheduled for the week (e.g. deliveries on Wednesday and Friday), your pop-up window will ask you whether you would like to skip the entire week or only skip the specific delivery date you've selected. Click the cancel date or skip week button to confirm your selection.

After you successfully skipped a delivery or an entire weekly order, you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not, just shoot us an email.
