How do credits and refunds work?


A "store" credit on your subscription will remain active for up to 30 days from the date added, if not used.


Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment and can take up to 5-10 business days to fully process.



In the event that you are unhappy with any part of your Meal Box, or a specific Meal Kit, you can reach out to us via email or call Customer Service at (917) 260-8506. Please do so within five (5) days of the date you received the unsatisfactory item.
