How are the meals designed?

Our meals are clinically designed and researched to avoid certain carbohydrates and sugars found in food and food additives which are hard to digest (FODMAPs).

We work with the top dietitians and chefs to ensure that all of our meals are delicious, healthy, and natural, all while remaining 100% low FODMAP and gluten-free.
