Epicured Rewards is based on this very simple premise: the more you dine, the more you save, the better you feel!
What do I get with my Rewards points?
Once you unlock a Rewards status, you get a discount on all of your orders with a subtotal of $125+, as long as you maintain your status. Keep reading to learn how to maintain your status.
What are the Rewards statuses?
There are 3 tiers to Epicured Rewards: Silver Status, Gold Status, and Platinum Status.
PLATINUM STATUS
Earn 3,000 Points, Get 15% Off ALL orders with a subtotal of $125+
GOLD STATUS
Earn 1,500 Points, Get 10% Off ALL orders with a subtotal of $125+
SILVER STATUS
Earn 500 Points, Get 5% Off ALL orders with a subtotal of $125+
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Every dollar spent over the past year equals a point earned. You start earning Rewards points as soon as your first order is completed. (We do reserve the right to change how points are calculated and in the future we will find other fun ways to earn points!)
How do I check my points and my status?
Just visit your Epicured account page and find the new “Rewards” section! There you’ll see how many points you have, what status you’re in, and how many points you need to unlock the next status!
How do I redeem my discount?
No action required! All Epicured customers are currently automatically enrolled in Epicured Rewards. Discounts will be reflected in your next order beginning Friday
How do I lose points?
After you cancel your subscription, your Rewards points go down to zero! The best way to keep your Rewards status is not to cancel! :)
You may also see your point totals fluctuate weekly because older orders do not count towards your points. For example, if you check your point total on August 1, 2020, it will be calculated based on your Epicured orders from August 1, 2019 - August 1, 2020. An order from July 31, 2019 would no longer be counted.
