What Time Should I Expect My Delivery?

We deliver at different times depending on where you’re located. Here’s a quick breakdown:

Delivery in New York City (Manhattan & Brooklyn Only):

Please note we deliver within 4 hours of any delivery window. Delivery times are subject to traffic, weather and other variables outside of our control.

If you are located in Manhattan or Brooklyn, you chose a preferred delivery window during check-out. Your scheduled delivery time is one of: 

  • 12:00am - 6:00am
  • 5:30am - 8:30am
  • 9:00am - 12:00pm

If you forgot which delivery time you chose, you can simply check your most recent confirmation email. The subject line is “Your Order Has Been Processed.”

Delivery in the NYC metro area:

Please note we deliver within 4 hours of any delivery window. Delivery times are subject to traffic, weather and other variables outside of our control.

New York: Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, Westchester, Nassau, County, Suffolk  County

CT: Fairfield County

NJ: Morris, Union, Essex Passaic, Bergen, and Hudson Counties

Your scheduled delivery time is: 

  • 12:00 am - 6:00 am

Delivery to all other areas in the US via UPS/FEDEX:

Please note the carriers deliver within 48 hours of the anticipated arrival date and 4 hours of any delivery window. Delivery times are subject to traffic, weather and other variables outside of our control.

Your scheduled delivery time is: 

  • 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

Customers who receive deliveries via UPS or FEDEX receive tracking information the morning of their scheduled deliveries in an email titled “Tracking Information for Today’s Delivery.”

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Epicured has a no return and no refund policy. We cannot accept food back into our facility at any time for any reason. We encourage you to take a picture of any item of concern to share with our team. The team at Epicured makes every effort to ensure your food arrives safely and on time. If there is an instance whereby we need to address a concern regarding part or all of your order please reach out to us immediately.
